Character analysis - stranger things

Nancy wheeler is a minor character, she is used as a symbol for feminism and a new generation as she defies traditional feminine stereotypes by being studios and academic. She also takes part in the theme of romance specifically young love, she falls for Steve Harrington's lure, this is bad as he diverts her attention from studying to becoming a stereotypical teenage rebel. Nancy conforms to the stereotype of being attractive by societal standards. Steven Harrington is a character which definitely conforms to stereotypes. He is rebellious, popular and attractive through societal standards. This is presented as bad as he is a character which tries to lure Nancy wheeler out of becoming an educated independent young women. In most scenes with both of them she does not at first comply to what he wants to do until he uses a lot of persuasion and charm. He is a minor character. Barbra Holland is a minor character.
