Statement of intent

The name of my brand is attire which means "clothes, especially formal ones" I decided it was simple and conveyed that it was a clothing brand, due to the name i've decided to make the brand  a high end clothing brand which sells formal clothes such as suits and dresses for both genders. The brands will be one of the few formal wear brands which sells fair trade clothing with an ethical manufacturing production.

As the products are in collaboration with fair trade the brand will source its material and make the items from a place where the workers have excellent working conditions due to attire having strict rules and regulations, they also make sure that all their workers get a fair price for them making quality materials. They will also be using the money to provide the workers which grow the cotton plants and make the material money to  fund schools , medical care and improve protection against workplace conditions. fair trade do this with all of the products that they source such as bananas and gold. An idea which i have gotten inspiration from the brand Everlane (a brand which i researched about) attire will give their customers a full breakdown of where the money they have spent has gone, this makes the brand more transparent and gains customers trust with statements that the brand puts out about their ethical and fair trade processes.

For the two images I've decided to do them both in black and white as people will associate this with higher end brands as it conveys. By doing them both in black and white it will tie both pictures together and make the campaign easily identifiable, which is one of the key components to a successful campaign. They've will be bordered with two black lines the inner ones smaller than the outer ones which imitate the ones on the logo and both the posters will have the logo name in the same font as the logo. By implementing parts of the logo into the poster it will make the brands posters more recognizable as they look the same and it will make it cohesive.
